Oil changes are essential to the health and longevity of your vehicle. You can trust our preferred shops to keep your vehicle reliably on the road. Oil changes must be completed at one of our preferred shops in Henderson, Youngsville, Creedmoor, Raleigh, or Wilson, North Carolina.
Free 24/7 Towing
Our free towing offer only applies to mechanical breakdowns on vehicles currently financed with AutoMax. Towing does not include roadside assistance for gas, flat tires, or lockouts, and is limited to areas within a 60-mile radius from an AutoMax location. Tows outside this location will be charged $3.50 per loaded miles past the 60-mile radius.
American Towing will only tow a vehicle to an AutoMax Preferred Repair Facility.
Rental Car Coverage
Rental car coverage for customers whose financed vehicle is getting repairs in one of our preferred shops for a warrantied repair that will take more than one day to complete.
Rental cars are provided through A-1 Auto Rental. You must pay a $30 refundable fee, due at pick-up, to ensure the rental vehicle is returned clean, smoke-free, and with the correct amount of fuel.
To qualify for a rental car, you must have liability, comprehensive, and collision insurance, or have elected to purchase our CPI insurance. You must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and meet all rental requirements.

A Simple Interest Deficiency Waiver protects you against any unpaid balance of your car loan after a total loss claim by your insurance company. This means even if your car is totaled in an accident, you do not need to pay the remaining loan balance out of your own pocket, if you owe more on the car than your insurance will pay you.
